Really bad first impression! I am a senior looking disparately for therapy for my anxiety and apparently the first thing on their minds is how they are going to get paid. I get it but I feel that they shouldn’t be so smug and narcissistic! Absolutely the last person I would want to treat me even if I had the proper insurance. Providers up here allow so many women to suffer in silence… 🤐 Z also hung up on me when she didn’t hear the right response! After all , I’m suffering from anxiety! What does she expect?
I loved Z. Great first impression, asked meaningful and thought provoking questions, didn’t do what most therapists I’ve seen have done, which is say what I want to hear and not what I need to hear. I would recommend Z 100%. Looking forward to the next session.
