Recently had a chip developed into a major crack across the windshield. I called five places, Herman was actually the lowest and could get me in the next day to come out to my work. Had technician David Crater call me way in advance. They told me noon to 5:00, they called me at 10:00 a.m. . David was extremely professional on the phone, very cordial on his follow-up along with swapping out my windshield wipers that I had actually laying in my seat that I was going to do later that night, going the extra mile for his client. ... read more
