We called Dennis around 6pm on March 3rd, 2025 for a foundation repair we needed before we could close on a home sale sceduled for 3/11. He had an inspector out the next morning by 7am. They had the repairs done on March 7, 2025 and provided us the paperwork documenting the repairs quickly as well! I am blown away by their work, compassion and communication. I highly recommend Harmon & Harmon for any home renovation or construction you might be planning. I hired them for some fixes and upgrades around a house I just bought, including a major renovation/upgrade of my entire attic. The attic was completely unfinished... bare studs, dark, completely unused (even for storage). We hired Harmon and Harmon to do a complete kitchen renovation for our home and they did an amazing job. Wade (the carpenter) was very precise and punctual and was very good with the cabinets. I've worked with other contractors and they're are to reach most of the time, but Dennis will get back to you within the day. And the timeline they drew for the kitchen was very close to what they estimated to finish. Overall I am very impressed.
Had problems with virtually every sub contractor. Front and rear concrete porch had to be replaced it was so bad. Walls framed up to 3/4 inch out of plumb in master bathroom where stone was going on the walls. We used board and bat on the exterior, nails were driven 1/4” below the surface. We had to caulk those holes throughout the entire exterior. Posts were wrapped in cedar on the front and rear porches. Up to 1/4” gaps at the corners.
