Harmon and Harmon have gone above and beyond with our project! We had a dream project and Dennis and his team quickly made it a reality. Quick, efficient communication, clear timelines, fair pricing, everything has gone smoother than expected. Each crew: land clearing, concrete work, framers, and designer have gone above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful and can't wait to have the team come again for another project!
The crew and Dennis take their work seriously. An addition to an 84-year-old house and rehabbing it along the way isn't for the faint-of-heart, but doing what is necessary to get it done and doing it well ensures not only the quality of the add-on but extends the life of the whole house and the comfort of its inhabitants. It's still a work in progress, but I'm anticipating a more solid house and the added room (and a new deck!) soon.
