Auctions are easy to navigate online and pickup is painless
I don't know what has happened to this company or their web site, but it has gone to pot. You don't even know where the auctions are located in order to bid. The web site is very poorly designed, hard to navigate, and the search feature has been eliminated. I would not consign items to this auction. You will lose money. Truly could not have asked for a better experience! I won something online and had it shipped, Harmeyer processed everything really quickly and professionally, and Cathie their in-house shipping department did an incredible job packing it safely. It was shipped lightning fast and I was charged shipping at-cost which is a huge rarity. Harmeyer & Co. is a gem and I will be paying close attention to future auctions!
