Fast, freindly, went the extra mile!! – I got in an accident recently and went out to get estimates. It seemed like no one really was listening to what my needs were. I went to Harman's and they not only listened to me but they went the extra mile to detail my car and fixed an extra dent that wasn't even part of the accident. I hope I don't need any more body repair but if I do I'll go to Harman's for sure.
THese guys are great – I got in a car accident a couple years back and went to the shop the insurance recommended. Big mistake. I ended up having nothing but problems and had to go back 3 times to get things fixed afterwords (things I thought should have been easy to spot color mismatch). I still don't think it's quite right but I gave up on it. The next time I got in an accident I called my dealer to see who they recommend. They recommended Harman's Certified and I am sure glad they did. It was a whole different experience.... read more
I have been bringing my cars to Harman's Certified Collision for at least three years now. – I have two teenagers which can be hard on our cars. However, Carl at Harman's Certified Collision has been great to us and has always investigated every solution for our needs. The most trouble I ever had using Harman's was when we had a major accident and we went through our insurance. My insurance company wrote an estimate using aftermarker and reconditioned parts as well as they missed a lot of damage. This slowed the process down... read more
Slow service, lots of mistakes! – I took my car into Harmans after an accident. They told me it would be ready in a month, 4 months later I finally got my car back and there were tons of mistakes made. The door rattled, the winshield wipers were out of place, the alignment was way off and they even connected the wiring harness wrong. Excellent, Fast, and Friendly – I went in to get an estimate for repair of my hood, which had been dented in a minor accident. Because it wasn't latching properly, it wouldn't pass the Safety Inspection; and since I'd just spent $2000 repairing the emissions problem, I wasn't looking forward to another expensive repair.
