I am so disappointed. I worked at the corporate office when it was located in Los Altos. I was Pete Harman's personal secretary. Too many times, I have experienced horrible service at my local Harman owned stores. And my friends have also shared similar experiences. Whatever happened to quality control and employee training???
I drove up to the Hartman store in Turlock California and was greeted by an enthusiastic lady. She put a smile on my face with her great attitude. Food was very good. Order was prompt. Definitely recommend eating here. It’s a pleasure to deal with friendly people.
Vallejo California KFC opened up at 10am. 11am I stopped in before work. No white meat out. And maybe 6 dark meat. What happened??? I called this mgmt company.(Harman) no call back. What a way to represent.
