Office staff is incompetent. Management needs to be handled by someone with a more experience in human relations. Very surprised at how they handle people with a mental health issue. Very poor
This place changed my life for the better back in 2021 when I had nowhere to go and nothing harm reduction Center took me in and changed my life forever

Essentially I went here seeking therapy and a psychiatrists. I went for the initially therapy appointment to answer questions and things of that nature, made an appointment for the next available psychiatric appointment since there was a wait. After my first intake appointment I never heard back. I called multiple times I left a voicemail once or twice never heard back. With all the wait lists for services going on 10/10 don’t put yourself here. Thanks.
This place has become a disaster ever since 2021 when they got new management. Google says they are in one location when it doesn’t exist anymore. The psychiatrist I see is nice but very ineffective. She started weaning me off of Lexapro in 7 days- when it is recommended to wean off for 3 weeks or more and I had terrible withdrawals. She never checked on me once during this process.
