I had the best experience at this dealership. I called and spoke with JD and let him know I was having some def issues. This was at 11am. He replied “bring it in”. I wasn’t there more than 5 minutes and it was in the shop. Beau, Was the mechanic and I can’t talk highly enough about him also. He explained things thoroughly, made recommendations. Always great service
They serviced an injection pump issue on my 2000 Bluebird. The shop is unassuming but, they took a complex, and very expensive problem, and solved it. I have about 15 hours since the repair and it appears to be working good. I would echo what others have said, communication is the gap. I had to be proactive to get updates. I had to help their various staff stay in sync on parts deliveries, kind of a different experience. However, they let me help source parts to keep my repair cost down. To all my fellow owner operator, do not leave ur business with this truck center , very shady practices.. My truck broke down along I90 about an hour away with a hole in the block . Call the tow truck and have it dropped off , JD looked at warranty and told me that it will be cover by international ( 24 months or unlimited miles), and said it will take about 3 weeks , three weeks later , I called and he's giving a bunch of bs and said it will not be cover so I called myself international and they told me that not even once a... read more
