They do not stand by their products. I paid over 1,000 2 months ago and it's already having issues with the door closing. 4 hours went by without seeing that the door didn't close all the way. I was told if it's not something they can fix I'll be charged a service. I purchased ALL of my appliances from there because they stand by what they sell. Apparently that's not the case anymore and I won't purchase ANYTHING from there EVER again. I guess they've ripped off enough people that bad reviews don't matter to them.
Couldn't disagree more with Kelita R.... I'm sorry that she had a bad experience, but I've only had positive experiences with this company and all it's salespeople.
The salespeople don't give a poop about your business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Give your business to a company who appreciates your hard earned cash. These guys are terrible.
My mother came into Kitchen Concepts in San Benrnardino on Tipicanoe and asked the price of a refirgerator and there sales consultant started drilling her like..Why do you want another frige? What happen to your old one? Does it matter all she wanted was the price.. So when she explained to the guy why she wanted another refrigerator he told her in front of other customers she didnt make sense like if she was dumb. We bought a washing machine there after comparing prices everywhere else first. Good deals, nice staff. Went back and bought a oven two months ago after comparing prices, best deal again. I'm going back today because we need a dishwasher, and I'm sure they will have the best deal. They also deliver and install for free, but I live too far away for that, so I install myself. But they take my old one & dispose of it for free. I recommend them
