I’m so glad I found Harlow. Whether it’s my color or cut, she listens to what I want and my hair always turns out wonderful. Appointment availability on weekends and weeknights work perfect for me. Her prices are more than fair. Her location is great and she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Harlow has been my stylist for several years… I can’t recommend her enough.
