Work is very good... The office manager is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional.. I don't understand how she manages anything with the attitude and ignorance... If they get rid of the office manager they'll be one of the best in Fayetteville... I will never use them again just because if her actions and attitude... Someone needs some new training in customer relations...
Nice Service man
6 years ago this guy came to look at my dishwasher after specifically telling me that the initial service call was free. He returned to his office and told me that the part was $200+. I called around and asked other companies their prices, all of which were under $50. I obviously went with a company that wasnt ripping me off. Harlow called me a month later telling me he ordered the part and I have to buy it, despite me never agreeing to it. This went to the BBB as he perpetuated his BS and continued to attempt to rip me off.... read more
Good people
Very bad service. An AC unit was installed in my home within 10 months the system failed. Called the company they quickly discovered an evaporator coil needed to be replaced totaling $950. Something wasnt right how could this be. Called for a second expert to diagnose the system. Discovered the company mixed refrigerant oils with old system and caused major problem thag destroyed the entire system. Comapny willnt replace the system or own up to mistake.
