Great location very close to Galleria but average condominium

Used to live here for 2 years. I had a cockroach infestation as soon as i moved in because the place was not clean prior to us living there. They tow their own residents cars for no reason. The apartment is located in a good area. The staff needs to go and there needs to he better management.
I lived at Harlow River Oaks for about a year and while it was a nice place to live at first, there were a lot of problems that I experienced. TLDR: The gate to the parking garage was always stuck open, which made it easy for cars to be broken into. My car was broken into, and I constantly saw other cars that were broken into and missing wheels. There is also a mouse problem at the complex.
