I had an opportunity to tour the place and speak with Endia, and I must say they are so so professional and kind at the same time. They were very transparent and amazing to work with. I still have not finalized my decision to move at Harlow - but if were to move then it would be because of e people who work in the leasing office. :)
I’ve just renewed here, and it’s the first apartment complex I have ever renewed at. The leasing team is nothing short of amazing, I feel like they put in so much work to create a welcoming environment and I love to pass them on the hallways. Even though it is quite a large complex, they greet me by name and always make time to answer my calls/emails when I need them! The maintenance team is wonderful. It won't be a surprise if I come back to this apartments. From the cleaning and maintenance crew to the helpful front desk, Harlow RO is a place with a vibe you don't want to miss. Shout Out to Nancy for helping me always with the best attitude :) :)
