After my first appointment with Shelby, I felt like my hair prayers had been answered! It had been many years since I left a hair appointment happy and with just one appointment at Harlow my self esteem had been restored. Shelby is truly so talented. She gave my post-partum thin hair the most gorgeous facelift with one row of custom extensions. Blended to perfection. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Harlow! I was referred to the salon through a friend who has been a loyal client of Shelby's for years.
