Shelby is one of the best stylists I have ever worked with! She’s so caring and attentive. She also has an uncanny ability to know exactly what you need. Her expertise led me to try K-Tip extensions, which are such a game changer! I am a seasoned extension wearer and am beyond thrilled with the quality of her work! I feel like a new woman!! If you need a new stylist Shelby and all the Harlow Hair Girls should be top of your list.
I came to Harlow as a last minute, "9-1-1"/hair crisis/if hair gone wrong was ever an emergency, this was it/2007 Britney-remixed, after a previous stylist botched a $2400 extension job, leaving me with a LITERAL reverse mullet, with the equivalent of panty hose stuck to my head (pics for proof), and then the salon ghosted me.
