They don't care about they're employees at all! No matter how well you do your job and "go above and beyond" they will ALWAYS find something to complain about. The plant manager is a joke of a human and will yell and curse and talk down to you.

If a half star was an option, I would give it. The absolute most unprofessional job that DO not CARE for their employees. DEAD-END JOB. WASTE OF TIME YOU WILL NOT GET BACK I HIGHLY!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR HARLOW AEROSTRUCTURES very toxic environment and a very harsh and disrespectful supervisor who does not care about the way he talks to his employees and will belittle you into thinking you are worthless and not good at your job. So if you value your time and work skills do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
