5 stars because the building staff and maintenance are fantastic. I've lived here for two years and everyone is friendly, welcoming, and it's been a really good place to call home. The apartments are really nice and the building is very well maintained. My only complaint is the noise. If you're facing 14th Street or Willow, it will be constant noise nearly all day and into the night. Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend checking it out! Looking forward to moving in soon.
We had a great tour with Elsie at The Harlow Hoboken! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable. The property is beautiful, and Elsie did an excellent job highlighting everything The Harlow has to offer. My brother and I have been a residents since 2022. We have had a great experience. Our apartment is extremely quiet and clean. Also, there is a great community. They have great gym that is cleaned and well maintained. The court yard is beautiful with working grills and places to sit and relax. Anytime we have had any issue with our apartment a repair man comes promptly and fixes our issue quickly and effectively.
