Doctor Cabrerra really knows what she's doing. She bases all her evaluations on knowledge, facts, and experiences. She understands the needs of the child. She shows compassion and care for all her patients. She gathers information and bases the evaluation on what she knows is happening and not what has happened prior visits and interacts so well with the parents! Very professional and friendly.
The worst place to bring your child to. The medical assistants aren’t properly trained when it comes to swabbing for a test result they aren’t doing it correctly, staff is rude and absolutely unprofessional. Calling to make an appointment is the worst, staff doesn’t answer or hang up. It ridiculous. HPA needs to improve, it never use to be this bad. This use to be a good clinic at one point but now it’s just the BAD.
HPA needs improvement. It used to be best in quality for their services- that was in 2019. Now phones often times go straight to voicemail & doctors do not provide accurate evaluation of the children. Also- the clinic is never stocked up on their vaccines or required medical needs. HPA do better and provide more!
