This is by far the best pediatrician I have ever taken my children to . Scheduling is never an issue - I’m not sure why some comments complain about the phones . I have only had to leave a message once , and my phone call was promptly returned . The staff and the nurses are always kind. If I have an issue to ask about a nurse always returns my call . The doctor we see is amazing . The wait time is never long . I don’t know what else I could ask for in a pediatrics office . I highly recommend this clinic .
All my kids grew up seeing Dr.Fisch and my girls would see Ms. Letty Garcia back in the day. Then came in Dr. Papilla and Dr. Sanchez. I recommend them highly. We have had illness that were life threatening and this Dr's and staff have being great. If you dont understand what they are telliing you ,things are explained to you with patience. Now my grand kids come here
Everyone is really lovely and sweet with the kids. That's a lot of help when the kids are fussy and in pain. The reception is very professional and very attentive. And the Doctors are great with the kids too. They make sure treatment and recovery are on track. They are very receptive to our needs as patients and overall very professional. Such a great place to bring your growing children.
I don't recommend anybody that has special needs to HPA the doctors here don't have any patience or concerns to a child of severe autism and What a mother has to say about their child , especially when your child is nonverbal the only reason I still stayed was because of Marissa Cabrera but I was told today that my kids are no longer able to see her due to her being a nurse practitioner she not a MD so today was the last visit. My kids are gonna be here.
