Terrified about covid like a child about the boogy man so be prepared for a bad experience.
Trying to schedule an appointment and I never answer. Can be calling and calling and calling and nothing. Then you show up to the office while calling and they’re just sitting there buts down! Why do they get paid for? What is theee job occupation? They need to do better!!
I have been trying to contact them for an appointment for two weeks now. I have not been successful. My first day there, the doctor told me they were going to call me in three weeks. It has been two months now. No phone call from them. I called them so many time to see if they forget about me or something. No change for any nurse to pick up. Service is bad and call them… you will not be successful. They need to retrain or create a better system telephonic for their customer.

I'm sitting outside waiting on my daughter because she has an appt with her OB and I'm wondering why they never seem to be on schedule. I see by the traffic of women going in constantly that they have a decent business then why is it that this facility is a sore sight? The building is in need of a very thorough power washing, fresh painting and the landscape is an embarrassment to a professional business.
