Very happy with the way that all staff from reception to discharge treated and took care of me. Very polite and knowledgeable. Loved Bertha who helped her new ready and comforted me... and of course... Mr Guss. He was pleasant and caring, not only to myself, but other patients that he came in contact with as well. He made me feel at ease prior and after my procedure. Dr. Maat was as excellent as a doctor should be. Great staff. Highly recommend!! 5 🌟 treatment.

I had open heart surgery done by Dr. John Morales. He and his team did an outstanding job with my surgery. The facility at Harlingen Medical Center took excellent care of me and my needs. Service was outstanding, care was rendered immediately when needed helping w personal and medical intervention. I could not have asked for better care!!! A MILLION THANKS!!!!

This is my second visit with Harlingen Medical Center and both times have been a positive experience. The staff in ER were kind, thoughtful and thorough. They pinpointed my issue within an hr. and I was sent home with well wishes and smiles all around.

Great staff very nice, but not one person who visited my father sanitized before or after seeing him Friday. He was only checked on once the entire day other than when meds were administered. My father’s comments were, “If only I could sit up for a couple hours to relieve the pressure from my back.”

Receiving news that a loved one has been seriously injured is already an incredibly distressing experience. But arriving at the hospital only to be met with a lack of support and worse, being spoken to by a nurse in a rude and unempathetic manner, made an already traumatic situation even harder.
