Been coming here for years but sad to say this pediatric office has gone down hill. Long waiting time in the waiting area. Sucky attitudes when walking in. No welcome greeting like before. Horrible overall service. Moving my children today!!!!

This is the last time I go to this clinic. I took my kids for a physical and while I was leaving, I noticed the physical form wasn’t signed on the hearing exam. I went back in to ask why it wasn’t signed if they had performed the exam. They then quickly put “declined by patient”, which was a lie. They just wanted me out of there since it was getting busy. I have taken my children to this clinic for the past 5 years and have had a pleasant experience. From the front desk to the nurse and doctors have been so attentive to my kids sickness always ruling out any other symptoms before diagnosing. They always ask if there is anything I need for them at home like Tylenol or Pedialyte which is so helpful. The wait time is amazing compared to other clinics.
