My mom has a temporary crown and showed up for her appointment to get her permanent one and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed because the system was down. That was 2 days ago so I called today and asked why they were closed and someone i could hardly understand said maybe they would be open on Monday no other info , and reading all the other reviews I can see that the general consensus is that this place over charges , has terrible wait times , and will deny responsibility for mistakes. Dr. Galaga told me a cavity was close to the nerve but she would do a filling and we will see with time if the filling worked or not. Pain and sensitivity started soon after the filling. She should have done a different treatment plan rather than one that was maybe going to work maybe not. I asked to see different, appointment 9am and it's 10:33am I'm still waiting to get seen.

Harlingen Family Dentistry This office was extremely unprofessional and dismissive after an incident that resulted in my daughter’s tooth being chipped during a dental procedure. While the dentist was drilling a back tooth, my daughter felt the drill move forward and nick her front tooth. The damage was not present before the appointment. When we raised concerns, the staff and management immediately denied that anything happened and refused to acknowledge responsibility.
