They would definitely get a 5* thanks to Mrs. Alejandra - Hygieniest (she was the only reason my wife and I kept going since we moved to McAllen). We been patients of them since 2017 and never had issues with them but after Access Dental acquired them, the service has go down the drain (they would get a 0* for this). It is a living hell dealing with the multiple appointment cancellations without notice. Unfortunately thats the reason of my review and why my wife and I decided to change dental providers.
I've been a patient for years. Now if you call you get a call center. The man speaks very poor English and will not transfer you if you don't answer the same questions that you've already asked. Apparently it's been taken over by private equity. Don't give them your business. It's now access dental
My mom has a temporary crown and showed up for her appointment to get her permanent one and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed because the system was down. That was 2 days ago so I called today and asked why they were closed and someone i could hardly understand said maybe they would be open on Monday no other info , and reading all the other reviews I can see that the general consensus is that this place over charges , has terrible wait times , and will deny responsibility for mistakes. Dr. Galaga told me a cavity was close to the nerve but she would do a filling and we will see with time if the filling worked or not. Pain and sensitivity started soon after the filling. She should have done a different treatment plan rather than one that was maybe going to work maybe not. I asked to see different, appointment 9am and it's 10:33am I'm still waiting to get seen.
Waited for an hour then the assistant tells me it’s gonna be a while doctor has 2 more patients Uuugggh I rescheduled
