Signed with them to fix hail damaged back in 2019. They took the first check from insurance and didn’t the roofs of my home and garage then said they were planning on coming back to complete the rest of the work. They never showed up and quit answering calls and emails. SCAMMERS.
Had to hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit in order to get them to complete the work. Work a year and a half. Needless to say, I would not recommend.
Their customer service is non existent and they do not stand behind their work or honor their warranty. We received a quote to have our roof and siding replaced after a hail storm in 2019. After receiving a partial payment from our insurance company and a promise to start the work in 2 weeks, we didn't hear from them for a month. Harley's was contracted to replace a roof following a large hail storm. Product and workmanship were good but it took more than 6 months to begin the job. I understand that all contractors were busy during this time but it seemed as though out start date kept getting pushed back.
We were one of hundreds of homeowners who experienced hail damage in April of 2020 in the SW Michigan area. Within days, one of their representatives (Justin #1) was knocking on our door asking to estimate our roof damage. He was a salesman thru and thru, with fast talking and lots of promises.
