They put on a garage roof. No flashing provided, not included. Left a quart bag of nails on the ground. Did not clean after the job. Got a flat because of the nails. Cost an additional $411.00. No response and no refund. The siding guy was better.
Subcontractors BEWARE! I did a Job for Rex Peters about 2-3 months ago now. This was an insurance job. We held our end by completing the work and we were never paid the balance. There was little communication and now there is zero. They claim they have not received a check but as a business owner when I sub work out, if the customer does not pay I still hold my end up by paying the work that was complete no matter what. They work was great but had to beg him to finsh putting in skylight they told me they would be back made excuses the.n he got payed threw. Insurance and he got payed in full but told me i had to pay 6000 for plywood i told him they payed you my deductable was 1000 and i payed thst he got 17 thousand for roof but insurance would not pay for deck and he didnt do it but wanted to charge me for it i told him not paying thst had to pay610 dollars and then he came and put in he said if insurance payed hum for deck he would pay me ... read more
