I highly recommend Roger’s Subaru of Hermiston. I love my new Outback, the buying process was a great experience. The trip from Tri-Cities is well worth the effort. Everyone I met went above and beyond. Five stars for their customer service. Ask for Nick, he was great!
Outstanding group of people in every way!!! I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosschek sport from another dealer in Tri-Cities, after driving it home to La Grande I noticed that some of the safety features weren’t working, so of course the next day i made arrangements to get it into Roger’s service department as it’s 45 minutes closer to me (supposedly everything covered under warranty) and not as far tor me to drive! I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed about buying my first new vehicle, but Subaru of Hermiston, made my experience easy, everyone is friendly and very welcoming as you come in the door, Everyone is extremely efficient and transparent. I would definitely recommend them!! My Sales Person Iry made the process very easy!
Tiffany and the entire staff were great to work with and very helpful. they answered all questions about optional warranty program . I hope I never have to buy another car but if I do I will consider Rogers Subaru.
