Best in the business for property tax appeals. They've been in business for over 30 years and founded by previous King County Assessor Harley Hoppe. They are knowledgeable and also let you know if they feel you don't have a strong case, for free. That's nice they offer a free analysis every time to see if your assessment is over or under assessed. I highly recommend and have used them on several properties, both residential and commercial properties.
