Horrible customer service, which is typical. Hopefully you do not have to call in for any information as they are useless.
Had a buddy wreck on his bike . He was in the hospital in bad shape . His wife passed away she was on the back . Well his payment time come up 7 day late while he was in the hospital planning his wife’s funeral. They showed no remorse. No compassion. They were getting there money anyways from insurance. But wasn’t fast enough for them . I won’t ever buy a Harley . I’m moving to Indian .
Do not finance with Harley Davidson, the website is constantly down making your payments late because you can’t submit them online, or you make your payment get a confirmation number but then the payment doesn’t get taken out of your account with more than adequate funds for the payment. The customer service is less than poor, you can’t talk to anyone that actually speaks the English language. The worst customer service ever my husband literally added me on the account to be able to access and make and type of change or request on the account because he works long distance I call give acccount number my name his social everything they asked for I had the correct answer I asked if they could unlock the website and they said sorry we need to speak to your husband cause your access is restricted when it comes to the website I hing up called my husbands and he never made sick restriction so there for we could not get ... read more
