I was caught up in the Telstra outage holding me up in traffic trying to get to my appointment. Tried unsuccessfully to call over twenty times and also sent several emails. Unfortunately had no mobile to which I could send a message. Upon arrival, only 15 minutes late, I was told a could wait two hours due to my lateness. Total inflexibility on the part of the practice. Granddaughter had eye tests for what could have been a serious problem . They were efficient & professional . The eye surgeon Sumu seemed to make her more relaxed about the issue & has called for follow testing in 3 months which makes me more confident about the service offered .
Highly recommend Dr Simon. She is the best neuro-opthamologist. Happy and very knowledgeable, only too happy to answer any questions in your language not big medical terms
The staff here always treat ne with respect and coutesy. The eye surgeon i see is a really nice bloke and i have been seeing him for many years now. Plus he is one of cheekiest eye doctors i have met. I mean that as a compliment.
