Harley Exteriors is Awesome! We first began shopping for windows and contacted numerous companies requesting quotes on replacing all of our windows. Many of the companies came in at the same price as Harley, but their products were not even close to the quality that Harley provides. D'laine We had our entire home fitted with new windows. Sales person was known to them, we found out later from the owner, as writing up inaccurate orders. 2 of our windows were not done well...the bay was not the size we had ordered and the slider came backwords and was installed with a 2" x 11" gapping hole on the underside. Owner would not make order right. We had to pay half again to get windows made right. After 2 years, pieces breaking off and windows leaking. FIND ANYONE ELSE!!!
The best windows money can buy! We've had two sets of windows replaced by Harley Exteriors, one set in October 2008 and then another set of windows in March of 2009. I believe that in total we have had 13 windows replaced with them. We found the salespeople polite and intelligent, knowledgeable about the product, and not pushy. linda I had Harley Exteriors replace 22 windows in my home. It was a huge job, and they were up to the task. The salesman came prepared with samples, statistics on energy efficiency of different styles, and knowledge to help us choose wisely. The price wasn't cheap, but we were able to negotiate a price and feel that we got a good value for what we spent. Window Installation We had 10 Windows and 1 new slider installed. The installation was very carefully done at each window. They started at 10AM and were finished by 6PM. After all the windows were installed they very carefully caulked around every frame and did a beautiful job.We were impressed with their skill and professional. Integrity matters I was overall pleased with the no pressure sales representative that came out to our home. Was very professional and polite. I can read read people well and their personalities. considering I only had three windows done by Harley Exteriors, the rep took his time explaining all my options and never once talked down about their competitors (other companies). Efficient and Clean Windows are a must when you want to stay warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Harley Exteriors,Inc was in Arlington at the street fair a few months back. My husband started talking with the clerk at the booth and we set up an appointment. The rep came in a few weeks later to look at our old windows, finding that our master bedroom window was decomposing. Bar-none Windows Harley Exteriors windows are a bar-none product. We just had our windows replaced at 3815 Vassar Loop, Lacey. The window construction itself will speak when the details are reviewed close, a certain quality investment for your home. I have reviewed other significantly good quality windows from other manufacturers. Experience and Precision We were unhappy with the original, failing aluminum pane windows in our 1970's home. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision to replace 6 windows and the sliding patio door. Work started promptly using workmen who'd been with the company since inception.
