I would like to give a big thank you to the service team. While we were in Effingham we visited the dealership. After leaving we my wife had hit some gravel dropping her bike. The rear brake linkage broke free from the pedal. We were S O l!. I called the shop and Was able to get in after being told we couldnt because it being saturday and they were booked. After arriving back we were able to borrow the tools we needed. Major Strange the Manager took the sheered off bolt out we were able to fix the linkage and off we went. I ... read more
It's a shame that harley dealers look down on other riders who own different bikes...my fiance n I take pride n enjoy riding 1 of our 3 bikes we own..we came there to Effingham for ur bike n car show n felt like a outcast by people from the dealership.we traveled over 3 hrs to get there..(by the way.we own a harley - a suzuki - n a honda) ....we won't go again. I don't enjoy being around people who are so ignorant n not accepting of others....
