great service..I ran to the store close to closing time for a part and an employee came outside when they saw I was at the doors since they're locked and asked what she could do for me..I told her what I was needing, she ran inside and grabbed it. that's personalized service right there!! thank you so much

GREAT people at Warren H-D. Bought my bike off of James and it was a no-pressure buying experience. James took the time to make things right for me and was more than accommodating finding and getting me the bike I wanted. Regina in merchandise was a pleasure to deal with, as well. She didn’t try to force anything on me that I didn’t want and gave me a discount on what I did want the day I bought the bike.
