I always have very good shopping experiences at HD of WV. Melinda especially is patient with me, answering a dozen questions and helping me decide. I will shop there instead of the internet every time because of the personal treatment and the knowledgeable staff. The 14 day exchange policy is very much appreciated as well.
This is the second time I headed out of NC to OH, got caught in pouring rain, ducked in and the staff went out of their way to re-open a closing cafe and let us order, eat and weather the storm. Last year was great conversation, this year open arms again. Brought friends this time.
