We went in to buy a bike and no one would even come out of their offices too help us. The parts guy was awesome. But the old lady in clothing was kinda rude. But the young girls where super sweet. So we went to charles and spent 25000. Wont shop here again
I tried to buy not one, but two bikes here. Both times I was forced to buy elsewhere. They refused to let me test ride the bikes with my wife. Other shops has no hesitation whatsoever. There are several good employees here that are always willing to help, but when you are pushed away you have no option but to shop elsewhere. I will never step back in this shop again.
They are great. We are always treated well there.
