I'm waiting on a call from corporate to see how they're going to handle this key issue. The sales guy didn't cover all aspects of ordering spare keys for a used bike, my 04 Harley. And being a first time Harley owner, I wasn't aware of the number on my current key. Henry with Jim's Cycle Shop schooled me and I'm thankful. I hope they do the right thing and reorder the correct keys without me having to pay for $31 for another set as Mgr. Jason insists that I'll have to do.
