August 2016, I was visiting NYC for the first time and was buying a gift for a friend of mine back in Oklahoma. I didn't realize until almost an hour later that I had left my wallet there. I had picked up one of their business cards and was able to call them and they knew right away who I was and had my wallet put up for me. When I picked it up, every $$ and credit card and ID was in it. I was so thankful for these great employees. They deserve a raise. :)
