Service after the sale is terrible. They are so nice and accommodating during the sale. But once the sale is made, the attitude of many people in the store changes. I will give one of many examples. When I bought my new motorcycle, I purchased a $695 jacket. The first time I used it, I discovered that the zipper was defective. It will not unzip all the way. I have been wanting a motorcycle for a long time, and I was referred by a friend to swing by HD of Nassau County. My first visit there I saw two bikes I liked and got very good and honest advice from Cory before making a purchase out of excitement. I went did the course, got my license and returned. Luckily the bike was waiting for me and Cory was super helpful through the whole process. He even called after I got home to make sure the ride went smoothly.
