Great work and kept me informed
My original review of this store was a 1 star review. I had an initial bad experience with the clothing department not wanting to exchange a jacket I purchased that had a defective zipper when I purchased it. After that, however, the general manager, Byron, called me and told me he would correct the problem. Byron was a man of his word. He did everything he said he would do, and he corrected the problem professionally and kindly. My jacket was exchanged, and the staff was friendly and helpful during the process.
Great place
Service professionals. Satisfied with the work and the time frame it was done in. Personnel was experienced and polite, location was convenient. I would recommend anyone with HD equipment consider using their services
