Seems they disregard parts request, never encountered a business with no regard for customers. Did a parts request for a coil one day, no response. Couple days later I emailed complaining and some one called. Did a parts request last Friday for an ECU and ain't heard anything, emailed this morning stating that I work in a parts department and would probably get fired if I ignored customers emailed requests to buy something. Still nada. I'm sure Mr Sassaman did not start his business ignoring customers. Very disappointed

i ride a '93 electra. h/d of macon has its service and repair record from the time it was a demo bike in their own shop. they have always accomodated me in getting what i need to stay in the wind..
