But Doc is such a good teacher, patient and able to help you identify where you went wrong so you can figure out exactly how to fix it. He is a great man and the store is so amazing! Service dept. sucks!!!! Hit you with unexpected charges without approval and does not complete the tasks that the bike was sent in for. Will not call you back even after they say they will take care of it. They completely forget what they promise!!
