Great people very helpful took my first Harley Davidson home today
I've just never had a good experience here. I bought a bike they said had a 2 year warranty. Within the first year had some trouble so i took it to them and after they had it for about 3-4 weeks, and several false claims that it was running fine and would not run at all when I went to pick it up, they told me it never had a warranty (after I left the battery blew up and spewed acid on my inner left thigh). You lost a customer over $30 that wouldn't have cost you anything. I wanted to exchange a hat for a larger size and since it was past the alloted time, I couldn't do an even exchange for the same hat?? Ludicrous.
Best HD dealership hands down! Knowledgeable staff and all around good people. I will only shop and take my road king here for service.
