They were very helpful in helping me pick shirts. Unfortunately the phone rang and I was charged twice for the same shirt but didn’t realize until I flew home. Update: Harley Davidson of Dallas refunded me for the duplicate charge immediately after I sent the receipt. Great customer service and yet another reason I’ll shop here every time I’m in the Dallas area.

Visiting from another dealer in Canada and was greeted with the utmost respect! From the second we walked in, everyone was extremely pleasant! Billy took the time to come up and have a chat with us and was truly amazing! We were so impressed with how they were so organized bringing all of the bikes inside at the end of the night. Amazing job guys!
I recommend everything about this place! I've worked at a few HD dealerships in the past and this is by far the best. Coworkers and supervisors are awesome. We have awesome customers that are like family. And best part, the owner actually cares about his staff and customers. Pretty great place. Happy to work here, happy to get the parts customers need. Can't wait for the new store too. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
