Was in this dealership a week ago. Sales manager helped me. She was very upfront and informative about everything. I have been in car business for 20 years. I walk into some harley dealerships and even though they know what i do they still want to play games. I WILL buy my next bike from this dealership. And very much in the market and ready. Looking for late model Ultra 103 or CVO. I am from Broken Arrow Ok. And will drive to Allen to purchase. Thank you for treating us like a customer. Very much recommended.

Great people, and nice clean shop with a large selection. Just picked up my bike for a scheduled maintenance. There was a miscommunication on the service, and before I could fully respond, Shane took my bill and took care of it. The miscommunication I'm sure was as much my fault as the shop, yet Shane stepped up and showed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is the little things that separate good from great, The shop and Shane at HD of Dallas are no doubt great. They will always have my business.
Please give your customers the correct information. I was told when we leased a 2014 ultra limited. That if I chose to bring the bike back. All I had to do is pay $500. Return the bike with no negative report to my credit. Well just got off the phone with Chrome Capital. They tell me if I chose to do end the lease it is a voluntary repossession.
