Nothing against them personally, but I think that no matter who you are or what you do, no one is perfect! That's why 4 out of 5 stars. Would definitely do business there again!
Love this place. Bought my first HD about 1-1/2 months ago. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. I'm in there fairly often and the only issues I've had are very minor - while everyone is always helpful, sometimes they get so busy, I get lost in the shuffle - not a big deal though.
We came in Saturday and Mr. Bill was so friendly and helpful got us in contact with guy for a great custom paint job. And let's not forget Amanda! So, so helpful in getting me some great new boots and cute tops! We think H-D of Dallas is the best! And by far the friendliest! We live in Oklahoma but would rather drive the extra hour and a half south for great customer service, great deals, and better selection!
I think the initial contact was great, but afterwards just to get an answer on whether I qualified for financing wasn't, as I told the first person it didn't really matter just wanted to know, I could pay for my new bike in cash.
Rave to Amanda Gonzalez she has the best customer service quality and made sure items I bought were fixed asap ! Found me the right Gear I needed for my ride and at a great deal �made me and my husband feel like part of the Harley family all over again �
Well worth the drive. Will always be the shop I go to.
