EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP!!! I was stranded in Sellersburg Indiana with a bad ignition lock. Called Kent in the service Dept and he sent Rickey out to the hotel and they picked by bike up/brought it in. They had the lock set in stock and a big Viking dude (JD)jumped on it immediately and I was back on the road! These guys are above and beyond all other dealerships! I love going to Harley stores to see there new inventory everytime I go in Louisville Harley Davidson no matter what I'm looking for all of the employees are always helpful and asking me if there is anything they can help me find. Today I went to Bluegrass Harley on Blankenbaker rd there was probably 15 employees at service decks and behind merchandise counter and I walked around for about 20 minutes and not one person ask if I needed help I guess they dont need to make any sales there.
