Great shop and always clean and workers are very helpful
I went to this dealership and was there for 15 minutes and not one person offered to help me; therefore, I left and went to another dealership with friendlier people. Maybe I looked like I couldn’t afford a Harley or ride a motorcycle.
Nice people and place to do business with
One of my easiest, most friendly, NO pressure buying experience ever, anywhere. Do to our situation of needing a part for the bike we were on we got to meet everyone. We met the service, showroom, parts, sales, sales manager and finance. My wife and I totally enjoyed our experience and got the bike just perfect for our wants and needs. One of the best service departments in the southeast. Zach and his guys go above and beyond to make sure not only your bike is taken care of but so are you. I trust them with my work bike as well as my personal Harley, that should tell you all you need to know. Keep up the great work guys.
My husband and myself was coming thru AL on a short road trip and noticed our front tire had a bubble and was not in good shape. We pulled up at the Pelham Harley shop on a Sunday at 3:00. The service dept closed at 5:00. There was only one technician working and we told him what our problem was and he right away said yes I can fix you up we are here for travelers. Everyone gets class A treatment no matter what dept your visiting.
These folks are friendly and great! I broke down and had to be towed in. The guys in the Service Dept. had me back on the road in no time! Thanks, guys!
This is a beautiful, and enormous, dealership. Large inventory of bikes. And nice staff. I just rolled in from Colorado, and I’ve stopped at many dealers over the years, while touring. This one is worth the stop.
