Ragan retired. Rosenbaum is doctor there now and she is excellent..
We were treated very poorly by the office staff because my child's insurance had changed and is now through the state. One woman said, "oh is this medicaid?" And was immediately responded that they didn't accept it. So I asked how much it could possibly be out of pocket to which they responded that they "hated" for us to have to pay for it when it could be covered somewhere else. I will never go back here.
I have been going to Kathy since I was a kid. The service and staff is great and I rarely have to wait to be seated... No cavities in years! Thanks.
