I really wish I could give this office ZERO stars!!!! They only get one star for the two ladies in the back that finally helped me get what I needed to TRANSFER elsewhere!!! The "Person" at the front desk is BEYOND unprofessional!!! My daughter has been a patient here since April of last year and EVERYTIME we come to this office the front desk guy is very ghetto and rude to the patients, but yesterday was the LAST straw!! This is the worst orthodontist ever! Employees are rude, the building is falling down, parking is awful!. They don't care about the services they provide. Every time we go for an appointment they run hours behind. My son had a 10;30 appointment and we waited until 12:30 for them to even start. One parent was complaining because they lost her child's chart and she waited 4 hours! The next month they had still not found it and she waited hours again. They don't even deserve 1/2 a star!
Dr. CLOWER has hidden fees. This office is always overcrowded. This company never answers the phone and all voicemail boxes are always full. Mr. Clower serves low income clients and he refers to them as "you people". Terrible company. They deserve no stars.
This business deserves zero stars for bad customer service and hidden fees.
