The coffee is always disappointing unless the one employee that has been there the longest is working. I love this brand and all they do, but I am getting increasingly more upset every time I get coffee from H&H. Even when ordering a simple espresso shot over ice, i get handed a hot Americano. Would love to see more focus on the training/cafe aspect of things, seems to have strayed away from the quality I used to expect.
Excellent iced coffee, very chill atmosphere and the restroom was very clean and easily accessible.
The best coffee in bay city and it’s not even close.
