It is so hard to trust someone when it comes to your home or business. Harless and Company goes above and beyond to make your vision come alive! They are AMAZING to work with and are so professional, punctual and nice. Their office is immaculate also. They will ALWAYS have my vote and I will recommend them to everyone I know who is need of a rental property or GC.
I am a previous tenant and the property manager, Jackie, was nothing short of amazing during my tenure! She was very patient with me and my 1000 questions, and she was always quick to respond to any requests or issues. Her professionalism is second to none!
Their properties along with their company is tragically pitiful. The properties are cheap & over priced. The whole staff is rude, unavailable & sleazy. I was harassed by them with numerous amounts of emails concerning the other tenants about issues I had absolutely no control over. The lease required a security deposit, as they all do. Upon move in, my son's room was not clean, nor fully painted and his bathroom had a dirty toilet seat. He had to put in a work order to get this taken care of before he could settle into his room. Throughout the two years, every time the boys put in a work order, it took time and if they had to call to follow up, they were treated rudely. Upon move out, the security deposit was not returned.
