I was a little nervous if I'm honest at the beginning as it was the first time I'd had an accident requiring an insurer recommended garage to repair my car. However, I needn't have worried - the service I received was excellent and the car repaired perfectly. They were very easy to deal with, all the staff I dealt with were smiley and efficient. My car was sent to Harlequin Motors by insurance company. Initially I was worried about paint matching as I have a red car and also was concerned as a new wing and a new door were to be replaced. When I went to collect the car, I was absolutely delighted as paint was professionally matched and also original parts were used, so the gaps between panels were perfect. The car was valeted outside also inside. I was updated about the status of my car throughout. I will definitely be using this garage again.

Replaced the back of my Toyota after a shunt perfect work car came back spotless would recommend a special shout out to the guy who collected my car very helpful and to the admin who helped and made the experience simple Thank you

Delay returning car and ordering parts for repair to start. Had car a week and a half before doing repairs. Said it was due to insurance company not giving authority and ordering parts. Felt that they were just making excuses. Customer service - changed story about car being ready to come back. Delay of extra day getting car back. Didn’t feel they cared.
