I went for a regular filling. I ended with an edema from anesthesia given on the wrong side. Once my insurance showed all the coverage I had. Without any notice drilling began on the side of my mouth where teeth were fine. The original problem was one molar on left upper side. It could have been filled. Instead it was removed, continuous shaving of good teeth on that side to fit me with a one- molar bridge. This left me with an uneven bite. I had the worst experience with the facility. Firstly, the person i call to make appointment was rude and hostile for no reason. I was just calling to make an appointment. There is no reason to be rude/hostile. Secondly, the person made a mistake on my appointment. I was sceduled to come in two weeks after i made the appointment (told that was the only available time). Then, I called the day before to confirm and was told that the appointment is two weeks later. I was sick and in need of medical help as soon as possible. I e... read more

It has been a breath of fresh air from the un-personal Medical treatment I was getting @ Mt Sinai. I have a working relationship with lots of communication with my doctor and the staff.
