Worst management ever. Our hallways are always dirty. The property manager is never around.. If you bring it up they ignore you . Yes I completely agree with that David K. from the yelp review. I have so much documented proof of incompetence. They do not even know how to properly close bank accounts from previous management!! We are in default and collections with Chase because of that. Even forgot to file with the HPD!! How incompetent can you get! They just ignore. and So much more incompetent behavior I could write a ... read more

Owning property is of one my true passions and something that brings me a lot of joy. What I absolutely dislike was the hours spent on maintenance and repair issues. Before I found Harlem Property Management and HPRe+D Inc. it was very difficult to keep the day to day issues organized, but now, all my properties are in great shape and running smoothly again.
Property management was truly not my thing and it was honestly very hard when I got my hands on a few units. Thanks to Harlem Property Management for stepping in and helping me every step of the way. With them by my side I hardly have to bother about the day to day issues, allowing me to focus on the things I do best!
