Horrible service,the phone reps are very disrespectful....
I called this company to come look a a small Leak under my bathroom sink. I was given a 1 hour window within the appointment time for the plumber to arrive. He arrived a bit earlier than the appointment which was great. This is where the review drops to 1 start. The young man spent about 2 minutes under my sink and said that the main shut off valve needed to be replaced. Trusting his judgement, he is a licensed plumber after all.
